Reporting: Senior BI Manager

Scope: Manage Project Lantern delivery and BAU sustainment, working with central change teams on demand sizing and roadmap adherence. Role continues post-Lantern as permanent Senior Tech Product Manager.

Analytics Engineer

Type: Permanent FTE

Reporting: Senior Analytics Engineer

Scope: Support Project Lantern delivery through dataset engineering, data transformation, and Omni Analytics platform integration.

Contract & FTC Resources

Total: 4 positions required to deliver Project Lantern by end of June.

Contract Positions (2):

  • 1 Omni Specialist (70 days) — Develop iD topics on Omni, establish best practices, train Data team, and enable AI capabilities
  • 1 Self-Serve Support Specialist (40 days) — Support wider business user adoption and self-serve capability

Fixed Term Contracts (2):

  • 1 Senior Analytics Engineer (6 months) — Dataset engineering
  • 1 Senior Data Engineer (6 months) — CCaaS chat and Onetrust Consent data integration

Potential for FTC roles to convert to permanent positions post-Lantern.
